We are locally owned by Dean and Heather Neff, who have been in the mini storage business since 1998. Down River Storage, located in Pateros, is our original property featuring mini storage units sized from 5 x 10 to 10 x 20.
Columbia River Boat & RV Storage was built in 2010 and we are proud to have acquired it in October 2015. This is the largest storage facility in Entiat, Washington (0nly fifteen minutes away from both Chelan and Wenatchee), aimed at meeting a variety of storage needs. It is completely fenced and gated with personalized security coding for each tenant, and has video surveillance throughout the property. We are conveniently located just off of Highway 97, and ranges from very small storage solutions to extremely spacious enclosed units, and many options in between.
